Brainable™ is protected in 3 classes:

1. Electronic and recorded multimedia publications, namely pre-recorded CDs and DVDs, and downloadable audio-visual media content in the form of films, videos, and seminar presentations, in the field of brain health and brain aging diseases and disorders
   

2. Printed publications in the field of brain health and brain aging diseases and disorders, writing journals, posters, calendars
   

3. Public education services, namely providing information about brain health and brain aging diseases and disorders, organizing seminars, lectures, and workshops on topics in the field of brain health and brain aging diseases and disorders
